Team Leader – Production Yatala

Are you looking to take the next step in your career?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an emerging Team Leader to join our dynamic CMTP Yatala team in a hands on position which will see you develop and motivate our Production team.

You will play a key part in creating a workplace that fosters a safety first, high performance environment and lead a production team of up to 10-20 staff, showcasing the CMTP company values, policies and procedures.

Maintenance Fitter – Colac

An exciting management role has been created for an emerging Production Leader who has established experience in the timber processing and packaging industry or someone who has great leadership skills and is willing to learn the timber and packaging business.

Process Operator – Branxholm, TAS

Founded in 1976, CMTP is a leading Australian pallet, crate and case manufacturer with thirteen
manufacturing sites spanning across Australia. Our Tasmania Site in Branxholm is currently going through
a growth phase and we are seeking a Process Operator to be our newest team memberWith
an excellent work ethic, positive attitude and eager to learn you will flourish in the role.

Maintenance Fitter, Colac

  • Self-motivated, willingness to learn and grow with CMTP
  • Hands on experience, trade qualified or experienced Maintenance Fitter
  • Competent to research and find maintenance equipment
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience working with robotics would be advantageous
  • A team first approach to a safe work environment

About the role:

  • You want to be hands on utilising your skills for all of the maintenance
  • Liaising with contractors and arranging repairs
  • Ensure machinery is running efficiently and is maintained
  • Able to operate and troubleshoot all machinery
  • Manage maintenance stock to achieve appropriate repair times
  • Undertake any required welding/fabrication works
  • Continually assess machinery and equipment to advance safety and production efficiency
