CMTP’s modern equipment provides a consistently high standard and quality. The semi automated pallet machines results in quick turn around times on orders.

We are ISPM -15 certified, which enables us to manufacture export pallets. We cater for all clients offering a full engineering and design service to provide you with the correct pallets to meet your requirements.

CMTP can also make pallets from a variety of different materials including, softwood, hardwood, plywood and medium density fibreboard, or any combination of these to provide the correct pallet for you. Options:

Manufacturing Process

All our pallets are manufactured with semi-automated pallet machines. The pallet timber is cut to size and then fed into the pallet machines where it is automatically nailed and the pallets stacked. The machines are from our supplier Storti, from Italy and Viking, from America which have a name for supplying quality manufacturing machinery all over the world.

Heat Treatment / Fumigation

Pallets that are made for export will be manufactured out of heat treated timber so that they comply with the ISPM-15 regulations for export pallets. In summary the ISPM-15 lays out rules for the timber being free of infestation of bugs and insects.

Storage

Our pallets are made to order using the Just In time Manufacturing process. The time form order to pick or delivery depends on the size of the order and location of the delivery point. However usually it takes 4 to 10 days for manufacturing your pallet order. Standard sizes pallets are stored on site in small quantities.

Painting or Stenciling of pallets to company colors

If you need your pallets painted or stenciled to match your company colour or name, this can be arranged at a small extra cost.

Shipping and Delivery of your Order

Usually the pallets are shipped using transport contractors with daily deliveries Australia wide. Alternatively you can arrange your own freight.

Custom made pallet orders

We manufacture pallets made to order. The client would supply their own specifications or a pallet can be designed and custom made to suit the client’s requirements.

Volume and Quantities

CMTP has the capacity to make several thousand pallets per day; we store a large amount of timber and can produce large volumes of pallets in a short time frame.
