Travis has worked for CMTP for over 20 years. He started on the factory floor making pallets and running machines before moving into a role in sales and then management. In 2018 he became Managing Director. Travis believes in continually improving the business to meet the ever changing needs of our customers whilst providing great opportunities for our staff.

Paul began his career at CMTP as a trainee in operating machinery. Paul continued to grow within the businesses and moved into a position in Sales and Logistics. After gaining experience in areas such as Payroll, Administration and General Manager, Paul then moved into Business Development working in Sales, Procurement, and Continuous improvement.
