After searching for three years for a suitable property, it is with great excitement that we announce the commencement of our new building at Smeaton Avenue, Dandenong South.

It is expected the building will be completed prior to Christmas and we will move in during January 2016.

This site is in the Logis Estate and our property backs onto Visy, who are one of our key suppliers.

Access to the site is excellent, as we have freeways to our North, East and West, as well as access into the estate from Greens Road and to the back entry of the property from Union Road (off Hammond Road).

We are looking forward to having you visit our site next year. This move will allow CMTP to have a very modern, clean site to support our move into high technology manufacturing processes.
